I often wonder how it is here that some manage to do everything very simply, while others fail in no way, even if they seem to make a great effort. So how is it? Am I wondering if there's anything more?
Life hacks or life tricks
Have you noticed that sometimes one event or incident triggers another event or incident? So it's time to write something new. It turns out that this can be used to achieve some kind of stated goal. Well, for example, you want to get up early, but you're not doing it. Here's the solution – put your alarm clock or other alarm device (mobile phone) away from the bed so that only your hand is not enough to turn it off, but you should get out of bed and take a step. Well elementary hack, but for this I can guarantee – WORKS 😀 I do it myself every morning. Clearly, it should be mentioned here that too little sleep causes other problems and do it wisely.
Is it worth going into this?
It's a question that doesn't even arise for everyone probably 🙂 But my head is full of all sorts of "stupid" questions and this question is no exception. I think answering this question can be helped by some kind of sound phrase, such as:
'People don't decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their future.'

I think that's a great answer to the question of whether it's worth going deeper. How you behave affects your whole life. So if you develop some kind of little good habit, it certainly won't go unnoticed in the future. Well, for example – if you start the morning with a cigarette – one day you'll be reminded of your health or some doctor. In the same way – if you do 3min exercise every morning you will stay more vivacious for much longer.
So how's that for those 10?
Well the headline with the number says it is better to hook the eye, because it causes the person curiosity to read and find out. Well I don't know if there will be 10, but I'll try to share my tried-and-tested life hacks:
want to get up easily – put the alarm out of reach;
want to get up early – lie down earlier in the evening;
want to eat less during the day – start with a lighter breakfast;
you don't get anywhere and don't have time for anyone – make a weekly plan and set what's most important before the week starts or make a day plan from the evening;
you want to eat more fruits – put them in a visible place, and if you want to eat something less – make it difficult to access;
want to save money – "pay yourself" first (pay as much as you want to devote yourself as soon as you get your income and help you so that it is not very easy to take it, e.g. trust your mother);
